There are a few fundamental rules for betting and playing games on NCWApp that apply equally to all users:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the cash-out feature may be used if available.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• NCWApp reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match is cancelled for any reason, the bet is voided and your stake is returned.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs in the game software are invalid and will be voided.

NCWApp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• When suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Upon receipt of a directive from legal authorities.

If you wish to close your account, please submit a request to our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.
